White Mountain began in 2008 as a specialty and refined sugar trading house. Today the Sugar Division supplies ICUMSA 45 refined white, ICUMSA 150 white crystal, ICUMSA 600 to 1200 brown and raw grades, VHP raw, and certified organic sugars, sourced from Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico and delivered in bulk, institutional, and retail formats.

Frozen Vegetables

Asparagus, broccoli (chopped, cuts, florets, spears), Brussels sprouts, California blend, carrots (diced, sliced, whole baby), cauliflower, chopped celery, collard greens, corn (cob and whole kernel), field peas with snaps, green beans (cut, French cut, whole), lima beans, mixed vegetables, mustard greens, okra (breaded, cut, whole), onions, peas, peas and carrots, peppers, potatoes, spinach (chopped and leaf), stir fry blends, squash, turnip greens, and zucchini.

White Potato Products

A-grade fries with B-grade on request, coated products, crinkle cut, wedges, curly fries, potato skins, mashed, diced, cubed, steak fries, waffle fries, platter fries, shoestring, straight cut and skin-on, thin cut, hash browns, tater tots and coins, plus seasoned straight cuts, wedges, and waffle fries.

Sweet Potato Products

Sweet potato fries in straight and crinkle cuts, sweet potato patties, and diced sweet potato. Gluten-free, with no added sugar, artificial flavors, or colors, and free of trans fat.

Bulk vessel and containerized ocean freight, reefer cold chain, bonded warehousing, customs coordination, and inland distribution. Gulf Coast port access through New Orleans, Houston, and Mobile positions us for global trade routes. Most U.S. orders fill within 7 to 10 days; international programs run on 30 to 60 day standard lead times with expedited options.
